Refunds, Returns, and Order Issues
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is damaged in any way, or doesn't meet your standards, you can contact us at moon.sheep.sticker.co@gmail.com and we can try our best to either fix the issue or provide a compensation for the damaged items.
You may cancel your order and be issued a refund if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Otherwise, this is not possible once the order has been shipped and we will not refund any money. Please note that once a refund has been issued, it may take up to a week or 5-7 business days for the funds to show up in your account.
